Ordering and returns
The products on our website are intended for business customers. If you have just started your business, please contact us by sending an email to info@mineralmakeupxl.com to discuss your requirements so we can help you further.
Companies that place an order first need to create an account. While entering your details, you will also be asked for your VAT registration number. Next we will look at your data and after approval we will activate your account. After that you can login with the appropriate login details. After you have logged in you can view our product prices.
All orders placed must be paid in advance by: bank transfer, Paypal (Visa and Mastercard are available via Paypal) or iDeal (Dutch payments). Your order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment and you will receive a notification when the products are ready for shipment. Please note that orders are made-to-order; the powders you receive are freshly made. As a result, there may be some delivery time.
As soon as your order is ready, we will ship it, we will send you a link so you can follow the delivery. In general we use PostNL for shipping the packages.
Cancel or change an order after payment.
If you want to cancel or change an order after payment you can only do so by e-mail. All cancellations must take place within 24 hours after placing the order in connection with our processing. Since your order has already been paid for, it may take approximately 7 working days before we have refunded your payment.
Return
If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@mineralmakeupxl.com and we will take immediate action. Returned products must be in their original unopened packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used. We recommend to order a package with testers to avoid misunderstandings of textures and colors.
